With Urban Owners, flat owners get to choose their suppliers, set annual budgets and make the decisions. Urban Owners administers the finances, produces the accounts and provides residents with support when required. Urban Owners' service is offered exclusively to blocks of flats or developments where the owner-occupiers manage the maintenance, either through Right to Manage or through a share of the freehold. Urban Owners offers a number of different levels of service so that home owners themselves decide the level of assistance required to manage their property. Eliminating the need for a traditional managing agent, the aim of Urban Owners is to give home owners all the tools and processes they require to easily and simply manage their own residential block or development.
