In order to ensure that your purchases are expertly maintained and cared for, we are very fortunate to have the support of a highly skilled team of craftsmen and jewellery professionals who are always available to assist in meeting your individual requirements. We also have the expert services of our watch makers, designers, engravers, stone setters, silversmiths, pearl stringers, valuers and gemmologists.
Our Workshop
Our workshop will carry out all repairs with full confidence following an estimate. We offer a wide range of repair services from resizing to replacement of missing stones.
We also offer a comprehensive range of watch and clock repairs undertaken by our fully qualified and experienced watch technician, these include: movement overhaul, watch battery replacement, water resistance and resealing, leather strap replacement and bracelet alterations.
In addition to our repair services we are also able to custom make any bespoke requests.
Engraving

Valuations and Insurance Claims
Valuations for insurance replacement, sale or probate are carried out by our valuers who are trained by The National Association of Goldsmiths and The Gemmological Association of Great Britain.
